Mobile Application Developer

Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer who has proficiency in developing native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Calgary is CAD $75k – CAD $80k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications that meet the needs of the business. - Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of mobile apps. - Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development technologies and trends. - Debug and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed mobile applications. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for mobile development. Requirements: - Strong programming skills in Swift or Kotlin for iOS and Java for Android - Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns - Experience with mobile app design, development, and deployment - Knowledge of mobile security best practices - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in mobile app development - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, successful mobile apps - Experience working with Agile development methodologies - Experience with mobile app testing and quality assurance processes Preferred, but not required: - Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
