Role Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant for a six-month contract position to support our account managers and project management team across a variety of client projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry. You’ll assist with day-to-day coordination, content creation, client support, and project organization while working closely with our creative and account management teams. Schedule: Part-time — 3 days per week (7-hour shifts) Compensation: $21–$24/hour, based on experience Contract Term: 6-month contract position with potential opportunity for extension based on performance and company needs. Key Responsibilities - Support account managers with day-to-day client communication and project coordination. - Assist in organizing timelines, deliverables, and internal project tasks. - Help coordinate content calendars and schedule social media content. - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure projects move efficiently through production. - Assist with website update requests, content uploads, and revision tracking. - Prepare meeting notes, project summaries, and client updates. - Monitor project deadlines and help keep tasks on schedule. - Assist with reporting, analytics gathering, and campaign performance tracking. - Maintain organized project files, assets, and documentation. - Provide general administrative and marketing support to the team as needed. What We're Looking For - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics. - Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.). - Interest in marketing, content creation, social media, or project management. - Previous marketing, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset but not required.
