Branch Roles: You will be part of our Mobilinx project, playing a key role in driving its success and contributing to one of Canada’s most exciting infrastructure projects. About the Job We are hiring a Training and Development Coordinator to step into a new role on our People and Culture team on the Mobilinx project. This position reports to the People and Culture Director. What You Will Be Doing? - Assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels - Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual - Participates in and leads the communication between the People & Culture team and other internal stakeholders on all Training matters - - Partner with department managers and subject matter experts (SME’s) to identify specific training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programs - Design and create training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive learning tools - Maintain updated training records for all project employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations - Assist in the creation of a positive learning culture by promoting and encouraging continuous development opportunities for employees - Stay current with industry trends and developments, recommending updates and improvements to existing programs as necessary What We Are Looking For? - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field - Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development tools, and other platforms - Good knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies - Proven track record of developing and managing successful training programs - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training and development role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong presentation skills, including experience with virtual training platforms - Proven ability to design and implement successful training programs - Proficient in Microsoft Office Expected Compensation Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $60,000.00 CAD - $70,000.00 CAD. The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
