Job descriptionDigital Strategist & Marketing Manager Position Overview The Digital Strategist & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the brand’s digital marketing initiatives, client engagement strategies, and overall marketing direction across multiple platforms. This role combines creative storytelling, luxury brand positioning, digital advertising, social media strategy, and analytical performance tracking to strengthen brand awareness, client acquisition, and long-term customer loyalty. Working within a luxury retail environment, this position plays a key role in elevating the client experience both online and in-store while ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the brand’s high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales goals. - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and other digital channels. - Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, conversion metrics, SEO rankings, and digital analytics to improve ROI and client engagement. - Coordinate with external marketing agencies, media partners, and brand representatives on campaign planning and execution. - Oversee website content strategy, SEO optimization, landing pages, and digital user experience initiatives. Brand Management & Content Creation - Maintain consistent luxury brand identity across all digital and print marketing channels. - Create and oversee editorial-style content for social media, email marketing, website campaigns, and promotional materials. - Develop engaging campaigns highlighting luxury watches, fine jewellery, brand partnerships, seasonal events, and special collections. - Write and edit high-level marketing copy, product descriptions, social captions, newsletters, and client communications. - Ensure all creative assets align with luxury industry standards and current market trends. Social Media & Client Engagement - Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. - Plan and execute content calendars, campaign launches, event coverage, and brand storytelling initiatives. - Engage with online audiences while maintaining a refined and professional brand voice. - Support influencer partnerships, community collaborations, and luxury brand activations. Retail Marketing & Events - Coordinate in-store events, luxury brand showcases, trunk shows, and community partnerships. - Develop marketing initiatives designed to increase showroom traffic, client retention, and local brand awareness. - Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with client interests and business objectives. - Support co-op marketing opportunities with luxury brand partners and manage related reporting requirements. Analytics & Business Development - Analyze marketing data, consumer behaviour, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare campaign reports and present insights, recommendations, and performance summaries to leadership. - Monitor competitor activity and evolving luxury retail trends to maintain market relevance. - Assist in developing long-term marketing strategies focused on growth, engagement, and client acquisition. Qualifications - Experience in digital marketing, luxury retail marketing, or brand strategy. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and digital campaign optimization. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. - Experience managing luxury brand presentation
