Air Liquide is Hiring for a Specialist Sourcing - This position is located at our office located at 1250 Rene Levesque Blvd W.,18th floor, Montreal, QC. - This position requires experience in industrial settings, particularly in a factory environment. Recruiter: - Manon Bélanger/manon.belanger@airliquide.com/514-241-9029 Summary Job Description: The mission of the Local Procurement Representative is to act as a relay between procurement and operations. They also support supply chain activities & programs and contribute to saving targets while ensuring a good Service Level for Operations & Support Functions. The specialist will serve as a liaison between operations and suppliers for the four industrial sites currently in operation in Canada Key Responsibilities - Identify the right internal stakeholder for specific need (Project, Contract, Category) - Support operations in their daily procurement needs. Execute local purchasing and manage local supplier relationships. - Manage local spend and perform analysis on local category cost base and suppliers to ensure delivery of spend targets. - Study and analyze reports - Oversee approval of accounts receivable and procurement - Can execute spot buy if needed on urgent cases - Ensure coaching and development of the administrative team when required. Differentiating Criteria Scope is local (usually one country or a few countries only) Spend per individual contributor : >20m€ ___________________ Are you a MATCH?
