Class Environmental Assessment Leader , you will guide complex environmental assessments, influence project outcomes, and support communities by advancing resilient, responsible infrastructure solutions.
Your Impact
Lead environmental assessments for water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through regulatory approval.
Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality environmental documentation on complex infrastructure programs.
Engage with regulators, Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and clients to support transparent and effective decision‑making.
Integrate environmental considerations into project design, schedules, and risk management strategies.
Mentor and support environmental professionals, strengthening technical excellence within the practice.
Support business development through proposals, client relationships, and sector growth initiatives.
Champion sustainable and innovative approaches that protect ecosystems and advance community well‑being.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Extensive experience leading environmental assessments for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Proven experience preparing and reviewing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) applications in alignment with provincial requirements (e.g., MECP in Ontario).
Strong understanding of provincial and federal environmental assessment legislation and permitting processes.
Demonstrated success engaging with regulators, Indigenous partners, clients, and the public, including leading consultation activities.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent technical writing, review, and quality‑assurance capabilities.
Ability to provide mentorship and technical leadership within a professional consulting environment.
Eligibility for, or possession of, a relevant professional designation such as RPP, P.Eng., or C.E.T.

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
