About Us PartyAire is a fast-growing Canadian party brand specializing in premium reusable balloons and event décor. Our products have gone viral across social media and are now launching with major retailers across North America and internationally. We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team and help grow the PartyAire brand across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and more. Responsibilities - Create engaging photo and video content for social media - Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content - Assist with content planning and scheduling - Attend events, retailer visits, activations, and content shoots - Help grow brand awareness through social media and influencer outreach - Coordinate with magazines, PR opportunities, and partnerships - Stay on top of social media trends and viral content - Assist with general marketing and brand initiatives Requirements - Must live in Oakville or surrounding area - Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel required) - Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends - Experience creating and editing content for social media - Comfortable filming, styling, and creating aesthetic content - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Graphic design and/or Canva experience is an asset - Photography/videography experience is an asset What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone creative, positive, hardworking, and excited to be part of building a rapidly growing brand.
