Job description
Join AWS in Toronto as a Technical Program Manager III, focusing on AI innovations that transform how customers engage with technology. Shape complex projects with a customer-first mindset.

In this position, you'll engage end-to-end with clients to deliver AI prototypes swiftly and effectively. Utilize your expertise in project management and AI technologies to guide teams and adapt to unique challenges. Collaborate closely with AWS leadership and Prototyping Architects while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic AI-focused customer engagements from start to finish • Coordinate with Prototyping Architects for solution design • Support regional teams in identifying AI opportunities • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders on project status • Establish engagement metrics for success tracking

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 6+ years of project management expertise • 7+ years collaborating with engineering teams • Proven experience in critical path management • Skills in defining KPIs and SLAs
