This position is in office 5 days a week and not offered Remote or hybrid Position Overview: The Business Writer plays a critical role in shaping how our organization communicates its expertise, translating complex ideas into impactful content that drives engagement, credibility, and growth. We are seeking a skilled Business Writer to develop high-quality thought leadership content that positions our organization as a leader in the technology solutions space. This role will focus on creating compelling short- and long-form content for digital platforms, translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for business audiences. Key Responsibilities: Content Development & Thought Leadership - Research, write, and edit thought leadership articles, whitepapers, blog posts, and executive-level content - Produce both short-form (e.g., LinkedIn posts, blogs) and long-form content (e.g., reports, case studies) - Translate complex technology solutions and business concepts into accessible, engaging narratives - Develop content aligned with brand voice, messaging, and strategic priorities Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., executives, SMEs) to gather insights and perspectives - Conduct interviews and synthesize information into clear, well-structured written content - Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all materials Research & Market Insight - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies - Identify relevant topics that support market positioning and demand generation - Ensure all content is accurate, credible, and aligned with current market dynamics Content Strategy & Optimization - Support development of content calendars and editorial plans - Optimize content for SEO and digital engagement - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaign objectives Qualifications & Experience: - 3–5 years of professional writing experience (content writing, copywriting, journalism, or business writing)(Required) - Proven experience writing B2B content, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting environments - Strong portfolio demonstrating both short- and long-form writing (Required) - Experience contributing to thought leadership or executive-level content is a strong asset Skills & Competencies - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability - Ability to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences - Strong research and analytical skills - Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines - Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally Tools & Technical Skills - Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and analytics - Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace - Experience with content marketing or marketing automation tools is an asset Nice to Have - Experience in AI, cloud, Drone technology, SaaS or enterprise technology solutions - Background in journalism, communications, or business writing - Understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas Artificial Intelligence We use artificial intelligence to review and screen applications and materials.
