Job description
Join the Hearth team as a Technical Consultant, providing top-notch customer service with a focus on technical problem-solving. Engage with a diverse customer base through multiple communication channels.

In this Technical Consultant role, reporting to the Technical Manager, you will support customers by addressing their technical inquiries and ensuring a world-class experience. Your responsibilities will include processing parts orders, documenting information in CRM systems, and offering troubleshooting guidance to dealers and customers. By identifying potential quality issues and maintaining documentation, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle first-level technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues • Document customer interactions in the designated database • Maintain clear communication with internal teams • Accumulate and share product information effectively • Identify and track product quality concerns

Requirements: • Experience in the hearth industry is advantageous • G3 certification or equivalent experience required • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Service Software • Relevant experience in counter sales support preferred • NFI certification is a plus
