POSITION SUMMARY: Join ICS Courier as an Administrative & Operations Monitoring Officer based in Laval, Quebec. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, this role is responsible for supporting daily administrative processes and operational performance monitoring across the branch. The successful candidate will oversee operational reporting, analyze daily performance variances, maintain data accuracy, and provide administrative support to operations leadership. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, analytical, and Excel skills who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment and enjoys supporting data-driven decision-making. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Control - Follow up on purchase orders and supervisors’ purchase requests - Perform initial validation of vendor invoices and report discrepancies - Monitor drivers and employees’ working hours, including overtime (OT) Operational Monitoring & Daily Variance Reporting: - Collect and consolidate daily operational data - Produce daily variance reports covering: - Sorting performance (volume, productivity, deviations vs targets) - Drivers’ performance (stops, kilometers, pickups) - Brokers’ performance - Agents’ performance - Identify, document, and communicate performance variances to supervisors - Maintain and update tracking tools and company dashboards Reporting & Operational Support - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports - Escalate operational or administrative anomalies to management - Provide administrative and reporting support to operations leadership - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of operational data QUALIFICATIONS: - 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role - Intermediate proficiency in Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas) - Working knowledge of MS Office - Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience - Ability to work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills LANGUAGES: - French: required - English: functional TO APPLY: Interested applicants who meet the above criteria should send their resume to M’hammed Alouani: via email at: malouani@icscourier.ca by Friday May 15,2026 We would like to thank all applicants in advance for their interest, however only those who meet the above qualifications will be contacted. RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE ICS Courier est à la recherche d’un(e) Agent(e) administratif(ve) et suivi des opérations pour son terminal de Laval. Relevant du Directeur régional des opérations, la personne titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien administratif quotidien ainsi que dans le suivi de la performance opérationnelle de la succursale. Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de la production de rapports, de l’analyse des écarts de performance, de la validation des données et du soutien administratif à l’équipe de direction. Ce poste convient à une personne rigoureuse, analytique, organisée et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, particulièrement Excel, qui souhaite évoluer dans un environnement axé sur la performance et l’amélioration continue. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Contrôle administratif - Assurer le suivi des bons de commande et des demandes d’achats soumises par les superviseurs - Effectuer une première vérification des factures fournisseurs et signaler toute anomalie - Faire le suivi des heures travaillées des chauffeurs et employés, incluant les heures supplémentaires Suivi opérationnel et analyse des écarts - Recueillir, consolider et analyser les données opérationnelles quotidiennes - Produire des rapports quotidiens sur les écarts de performance, incluant : - Performance du tri (volume, productivité, écarts versus objectifs) - Performance des chauffeurs (arrêts, kilométrage, cueillettes) - Performance des courtiers - Performance des agents - Identifier, documenter et communiquer les écarts aux superviseurs concernés - Maintenir à jour les tableaux de bord et outils de suivi opérationnel Rapports et soutien à la direction - Préparer les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels - Escalader toute anomalie administrative ou opérationnelle à la direction - Offrir un soutien administratif et analytique à l’équipe de gestion des opérations - Veiller à l’exactitude, à la cohérence et à la traçabilité des données PROFIL RECHERCHÉ - 1 à 3 années d’expérience dans un poste administratif ou de soutien aux opérations - Maîtrise intermédiaire d’Excel (tableaux, filtres, formules de base) - Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office - Formation postsecondaire pertinente ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience - Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer les priorités - Souci du détail et excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles EXIGENCES LINGUISTIQUES - Français : requis - Anglais : niveau fonctionnel POUR POSTULER Les personnes intéressées et répondant aux critères ci-dessus sont invitées à transmettre leur curriculum vitae à M’hammed Alouani par courriel à : malouani@icscourier.ca au plus tard le vendredi 15 mai 2026.
