KalSoft is currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be based in Canada and bring hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, and enterprise IT service management solutions, with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient, and user-centric applications.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business and client requirements Configure and enhance ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflow modules to improve operational efficiency Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and scripting Build and customize Service Portal components and user interfaces to enhance user experience Implement automation solutions and workflows to streamline IT and business processes Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow enhancements and custom applications Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities, releases, and best practices Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and support to internal teams and clients Skills & Experience Required: Applicants must be Canadian residents (preferably in Toronto or Ontario) Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflow customization Strong integration and scripting capabilities within ServiceNow Experience with Service Portal development and automation solutions preferred Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration frameworks Understanding of ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform architecture ServiceNow certifications would be considered an added advantage Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience About KalSoft Founded in 1999, KalSoft is a multi-award-winning trusted technology partner in business innovation, delivering impactful business results to clients throughout digital modernisation and evolution.
