Job description
Title: Customer Account Coordinator
Division: Intermodal shipments (Shipping lines and rails)
Industry: Transportation and Warehousing
Location: Riviere-des-Prairies—Pointe-aux-Trembles
Employment type: PERMANENT Monday to Friday day

Seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for intermodal rail and maritime shipments. Looking for a talented individual who has a minimum of 1 year experience with intermodal shipments.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers;
- Update customer profiles and monitor accounts;
- Enter data for transaction creation (receiving/shipping);
- Verify that all transactions are compliant and complete;
- Verify that transactions and services have been correctly entered into the system and billed;
- Perform the required follow-ups to ensure that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and products shipped);
- Create and modify customer account data;
- All other related and required tasks.

Qualifications
- Ability to work in a changing environment & sense of initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Good communicator and excellent customer service;
- Ability to be flexible in order to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a transportation, logistics or warehousing environment;
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft suite, AS400 software (Asset);
