Position Overview: - The People & Culture HR Intern / Associate role is designed to support the HR team in executing key people initiatives and daily HR operations. - In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and business teams to assist in implementing HR processes aligned with business needs. - You will gain exposure to various HR functions including employee lifecycle management, engagement, and talent processes. - This role offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to HR projects, while building foundational knowledge of HR practices in a global organization. - The role involves collaborating with different HR teams and stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and improve employee experience. What You Will Do: - Support HR Business Partners in executing people initiatives and day-to-day HR activities. - Assist in employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations) for various HR processes. - Help collect and analyze basic HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, attrition data) and assist in preparing reports. - Participate in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs. - Support policy documentation, communication, and implementation efforts. - Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support under guidance. - Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - 0–1 year of experience or prior internship experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory). - Basic understanding of HR concepts and functions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Other Qualifications: - Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources. - Good organizational and coordination skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative. - Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
