We’re looking for a strong Operations Manager to help bring structure, accountability, and an exceptional client experience to our growing insurance agency in Calgary.
This is not a “babysitting the office” role.This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, team accountability, and creating an outstanding customer journey.

✨ What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Lead and oversee daily agency operations to ensure efficiency, accountability, and consistent execution across the team
-Maintain high customer service standards by resolving escalated concerns professionally and ensuring an exceptional client experience
-Hold team members accountable to workflows, response times, service expectations, and operational processes
-Identify operational inefficiencies and implement systems, SOPs, and process improvements that support growth and consistency
-Support onboarding, training, and team development while helping maintain a strong, positive, and high-performing culture
-Act as the operational right-hand to leadership by bringing structure, organization, and execution to a fast-paced growth environment
What You’ll Need:
-3+ years of leadership or management experience, ideally in an operations, agency, or fast-paced environment
-Insurance industry experience with a strong understanding of workflows, client service, and compliance expectations
-Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams with an educational, growth-oriented approach
-A leadership style rooted in heart-based leadership — leading with empathy, integrity, accountability, and a people-first mindset
-Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
-A collaborative attitude and a commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
