Job description
Join Dilawri Group of Companies as a Sales Manager, where your expertise will drive success in new and used vehicle sales. This role is pivotal in planning and managing day-to-day sales operations and ensuring high performance.

We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to support the General Manager with sales department activities. You will establish goals for sales personnel, oversee their training, and monitor performance consistently to meet dealership standards. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership skills in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Set and monitor sales objectives for staff • Recommend inventory based on sales trends • Communicate dealership policies effectively • Conduct sales and manufacturer training • Review sales records for performance insights
