What we are looking for:
To support our continued growth, we are in search of an Analyst, Investor Relations to join the Fiera Comox Investor Relations team. Are you forward-thinking, passionate, and want to make a difference for our investors and our team? You will play a key role in the preparation and maintenance of high-quality investor-facing materials, reporting, and due diligence content across the firm’s four private markets strategies, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage.
You will report to the Head of Investor Relations and collaborate closely with the investment, finance, compliance and legal, and sales and marketing teams. This role offers broad exposure to institutional private markets investing and provides an excellent foundation for growth within investor relations.
Your responsibilities:
As part of your responsibilities, you will be assigned the following duties across all strategies:
Quarterly Reporting
Assist with the preparation of investor‑facing materials, including quarterly fact sheets, reports, and investor presentations.
Maintain and update performance databases and supporting analytics to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
Support updates to website content related to investment strategies, performance, and required disclosures
Coordinate updates across strategies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of messaging and disclosures
Annual Reporting
Assist in the preparation, review, and ongoing maintenance of Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
Investor & Business Development Support
Support investor inquiries, and onboarding activities, and sales team requests as needed
Contribute to RFP, DDQ, and RFI responses, including drafting and reviewing content, managing workflows using platforms such as Loopio, and addressing follow‑up and ad hoc investor questions
Assist with the preparation of conference and roadshow materials, custom presentations for prospective and existing investors, and investment and operational due diligence materials
Review and proofread white papers, thought leadership, and marketing content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance
Support the planning and execution of investor meetings and events
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with investment, finance, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to gather inputs, validate information, and ensure consistency across all investor disclosures and communications
Collaborate with and provide support to the Investor Relations team to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality outputs
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
CFA designation or progress toward the CFA (an asset)
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, private markets, investment consulting, or institutional investment roles
Private markets experience (private equity, private credit, real assets) is an asset
Experience supporting investor reporting, marketing materials, or due diligence processes is strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with DDQ/RFP platforms (e.g., Loopio) is an asset
Familiarity with performance data and reporting workflows preferred
Bilingualism (English and French) required
Resourceful and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels
Highly client‑service oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over the investor experience and work product
Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
