Position Overview: Summit Water is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production / Service Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day flow of our production and service operations. This position is essential to ensuring our packaged systems are built efficiently, service calls are coordinated seamlessly, and customers receive timely, responsive support. As a central point of coordination between production, service technicians, purchasing, and internal teams, you’ll help keep projects moving by managing schedules, tracking progress, ensuring materials are ready, and maintaining strong communication across departments. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure packaged systems are completed on time and aligned with customer deadlines - Schedule service calls, dispatch field technicians, and manage service calendars to ensure efficient response times - Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), job timelines, and project milestones to ensure projects remain on track - Support material readiness and internal communication - Maintain accurate ERP updates, scheduling systems, job documentation, and operational records - Identify scheduling bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies while recommending process improvements - Support operational planning to improve workflow visibility, productivity, and overall service delivery Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in production coordination, service scheduling, operations support, or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset - Experience working with ERP systems, scheduling software, and operational documentation - Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach - Experience in manufacturing, service, industrial, or construction-related environments is considered an asset Why Join Summit Water?
