This is an opportunity to join an innovative, regulated manufacturing organization where planning plays a critical role in scaling new products and supporting complex operations across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. Who you are: - 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain within a manufacturing environment, ideally biomedical or electro-mechanical - Strong expertise with ERP/MRP systems, master data management, and inventory planning - Proven ability to lead planning activities across NPI, production, and demand planning while mentoring junior team members - Highly organized and analytical, with the communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders What you’ll do: - Own and maintain the master production schedule, balancing demand, capacity, and inventory across internal and external manufacturing - Lead MRP/ERP planning and master data setup for new product development, design transfer, and ongoing production - Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to coordinate prototype, pilot, and production builds - Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, KPIs, and compliance within a regulated environment Why work here: - Be part of a cutting-edge biotech company redefining assay automation - High-visibility role with direct impact on scaling and commercialization - Opportunity to build and shape planning functions from the ground up - Competitive compensation and benefits package What does this position pay?
