As a Copywriter, you will be charged with developing and communicating creative concepts and delivering exceptional work through your keen sense of social media, craft and excellence. Who you are: - Relevant expertise within an agency or in-house creative team of 2-4 years - Experience working with quick service restaurant or similar brands preferred - On-set production experience - Knowledge of social platforms and best practices - Conceptual thinking and big ideas - A problem solver to any brief - Bring strong writing skills to projects in a variety of mediums: social, video, interactive, print - Strong attention to detail - Passion for great work, all things social - Can prioritize your time and completion of your creative work - Actively push new ideas, tech, and tactics in the social media arena - A can-do attitude and willingness to push the agency forward as the social media landscape changes What you will be doing: - Create concepts and writing with best practices in social media - Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within timeframe and budget (from conception to delivery). - Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Executives, Art Directors, Designers, Project Managers and Social Media Strategists - Act as a strong contributor and collaborator within the larger Social Media and Creative teams - Create content in the style and voice of the clients - Guide organic, lo-fi style shoots with nimble teams Note: Hybrid work in office is an essential function of the job. In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is $60,000 - 80,000 CAD per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, qualifications, job performance, level of experience, location, and business needs.
