Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on operational support to retail stores, including daily operations, issue resolution, and maintain operational continuity across locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS, ERP, payment terminal, inventory, and other operational system issues while supporting inventory accuracy, transfers, replenishment, and stock management.
- Coordinate facility-related needs including maintenance, repairs, signage, fixtures, operational readiness, and procurement of store supplies and materials.
- Support store openings, relocations, pop-ups, events, and seasonal initiatives through on-site operational execution and regular travel between retail locations.
- Partner with Retail Leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain operational standards, streamline communication, and support scalable retail operations.
- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) while identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Support ERP, POS, retail technology, and omni-channel workflow enhancements to improve productivity, inventory visibility, transaction accuracy, and customer experience.
- Analyze operational trends, store feedback, KPIs, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and support initiatives that drive operational consistency, sales conversion, customer satisfaction, and overall employee experience.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies, automation opportunities, and scalable operational structures to support business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–7+ years’ experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, Multi-Unit Retail, or a similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of retail workflows, inventory management, and customer experience.
- Experience working with POS systems, ERP systems, and operational troubleshooting.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
- Experience creating SOPs, operational documentation, and process improvements is considered an asset.
- Experience in apparel, footwear, western lifestyle, manufacturing, or specialty retail is preferred.
- Willingness to travel between store locations as required.
Why Join Us:
- Be part of a brand deeply rooted in western heritage and community.
