Moose Power Inc. is a fast‑growing leader in Canada’s clean energy sector. We develop, build, and manage solar energy systems nationwide — and we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Engineering & Design team and drive the next phase of our growth.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders to support the execution of renewable energy projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
§ Developing detailed project schedules, including milestones for procurement, engineering, and construction
§ Coordinating the work of engineering and design teams
§ Coordinating with Independent Engineering firms for IFR/IFC drawing packages
§ Engaging with LDCs throughout project development and commissioning
§ Coordinating with structural engineering firms on structural reviews and building permit applications
§ Managing procurement, negotiations, and vendor quote requests
§ Managing inventory and material allocation across projects
§ Overseeing ESA Plan Reviews
§ Collaborating with and handing off design work to the construction team
§ Providing leadership and direction to junior staff
§ Maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders
§ Ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget
Who You Are
§ An experienced project manager who is passionate about clean energy and sustainability
§ Minimum 3 years of experience in the solar industry and 5+ years of project management experience
§ Degree or diploma in Project Management
§ Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other solar PV design and modelling software
§ Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving
§ Strong communication and teamwork skills
