Company Description ABC Printing & Signs is a locally owned print and signage company located in Courtenay, British Columbia. We provide high-quality printing, signage, display, and visual communication solutions for businesses, non-profits, municipalities, schools, events, and individuals throughout the Comox Valley and beyond. Our work is hands-on, detail-focused, and deadline-driven. We take pride in helping customers bring their ideas to life through practical advice, clear communication, reliable production, and strong customer service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Courtenay, BC, for a Client Service and Print Project Coordinator. This role is similar to a customer service representative position, but with a stronger focus on project coordination, order accuracy, customer communication, and helping print and signage jobs move smoothly through production. The successful candidate will work directly with customers by phone, email, and in person to gather project details, answer questions, prepare clear job notes, assist with estimates and order entry, and coordinate with our design, prepress, production, and finishing teams. Print experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, professional with customers, and interested in learning the print and signage industry. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple customer requests and active jobs. Professional, friendly, and calm approach when working with customers. Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software. Ability to learn new systems, terminology, products, and production processes. Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time in person at our Courtenay location. Ability to ask clear questions and confirm details when information is missing. Team-focused attitude with a willingness to support coworkers and production staff. Ability to work in a busy, deadline-driven environment. - Previous experience in customer service, administration, project coordination, estimating support, retail management, logistics, office reception, marketing, design, print, signage, or production is considered an asset.
