Job description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who will lead customer-facing operations and oversee fulfillment coordination. This role will manage and oversee Customer Service, Sales, and Fulfilment operations to deliver a seamless experience. Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets - Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent - Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives - Provide leadership to the team - Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and profitability - Oversee fulfillment activities to support distributor and dealer requirements - Plan and organize order builds, ensuring truckloads are optimized - Define warranty standards - Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues Qualifications - 5+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing/sales role - College diploma or degree in Business and/or Marketing - Experience working with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction - Strong computer skills with Excel and Word - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to problem solve - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
