Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Ottawa, ON. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical duties, support executive-level staff, and maintain professional communication via phone and email. Key responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, document management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, organization, and document management.
Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills for interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field is a plus.
