Growth, Capital & Facility Management - Support clinic expansions, renovations, and new builds from planning through execution, partnering with internal and external stakeholders. - Contribute to capital planning, including equipment lifecycle management, replacement strategies, and new technology implementation. - Oversee vendor relationships, contract evaluation, and service delivery to ensure operational needs and quality standards are met. - Ensure clinics are maintained to a high standard, with minimal disruption to patient care. - Stakeholder Management, Governance & Risk - Partner with executive leadership, physicians, regulatory bodies, and external advisors to support operational excellence and compliance. - Ensure appropriate policies, processes, and controls are in place to mitigate risk and support safe, effective operations. - Lead effective communication across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely resolution of issues. Financial & Resource Management - Contribute to the development of the Edmonton operations budget and manage within established parameters. - Align staffing, resources, and operational decisions with financial goals while maintaining service quality and access to care. - Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising patient or team experiences.
