The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of divisional operations: sales, production, human resources, quality, and financial performance. A true operational leader, this person ensures the achievement of productivity and quality targets while driving a culture of continuous improvement. This role is central to the company’s growth strategy. This is a unionized facility with a positive and cooperative relationship with the United Steelworkers Union.
