Project: This is a hands-on delivery role focused on building and releasing ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Developer, you are responsible for delivering complex, hands on ServiceNow HRSD solutions that support HR operations and improve the employee experience. You focus on building, configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying working solutions, while ensuring alignment with project goals and architectural requirements. Must Have Skills: 1) 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, including custom development and integration, with at least 2-3 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience 2) Demonstrated understanding of Service Now architectural design principles and implementation best practices 3) Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems 4) Proven working experience implementing, updating, testing and supporting core ServiceNow components; understanding of ServiceNow implementation end to end cycle. 5) Experience writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation and ability to create analytical reporting. 6) CIS-HR and/or Administrator certification required Nice-To-Have Skills: • Development experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HCM. • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML). • Deep expertise in data architecture, data modeling, cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, Azure), and modern integration patterns. • Hands-on experience in programming such as Java, Python, REST/SOAP web services, JSON and database concepts. • Experience working with Genesys Telephony System CIS-HR and/or Administrator certification required. ServiceNow Developer, Certified Application Developer (CAD), is an asset. Best VS. Average Candidate: Top candidates bring deep HRSD expertise, strong architectural thinking, and hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow at scale. Specifically: Excellent functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow processes and modules, including but not limited to: Document Management, Knowledge, Employee Portal, HR (Case Management, Lifecycle, Journey design, Dashboards & Reports), and Universal request (asset). - Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems.
