Job description
Data Analytics Specialist – Digital Solutions & Business Development 📍 Longueuil | Onsite About the Role We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Solutions and Business Development team. In this role, you will contribute to data analytics and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI to analyze e-commerce, marketing performance, and project data. You will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive business optimization and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Google Analytics, and other tools - Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy - Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities across e-commerce and marketing - Monitor and report on digital campaign performance - Manage and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations for accurate tracking - Ensure dashboards and analytics tools are up-to-date and properly maintained - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics capabilities and processes - Provide clear, data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Support technical upkeep of internal tools (SharePoint-based intranet, MS Access, Python), improving usability and self-service capabilities What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills - 2–5 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence - Strong experience with: - Power BI (or Tableau) - Google Analytics (GA4) - Google Tag Manager (GTM) - Experience analyzing e-commerce and marketing performance data - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences Nice to Have - Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or HTML - Experience with CRM platforms or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) - Familiarity with Databricks, SharePoint, or MS Project - Experience in aerospace or defense industry Profile - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities - Strong collaborator with the ability to work across diverse teams - Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
