Job descriptionTitle: CA- Customer Service Representative (Entry) Location: Calgary, Alberta, CAN Duration: 07 Months Payrate: $20 - $24/an hr. Customers choose client as their preferred provider for their operation Providing the best-in-class service for the Crop Science business to ensure that client and customers’ business goals are achieved in partnership with the customer-facing units - Key Outputs / Responsibilities Work & collaborate with assigned customer-facing commercial unit(s), USS, and Mission Teams to achieve BCS Canada business objectives to deliver outcomes - Order creation and management which includes reviewing customer requested delivery dates, product availability - Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfers - Manage returns including seasonal products and empty containers - Actively participate in CS process improvement projects - Receive requests from customers and commercial squad members via unstructured communication (phone, email, etc.) - Address any immediately resolvable requests (e.g., order entry, product availability, order adjustments, scheduling, product returns, delivery complaints, etc.) - Manage research, resolution, documentation, and communication for complaints & errors Skills and Requirements Required - BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields or equivalent years of operational experience in Order Management or Logistics Desired - Domain knowledge in operations, business, process analysis, strategy development, behavioural influence, and change management - Key competencies: results orientation, collaboration, agility, decision making, strong communication - Knowledge or experience in SAP and Excel are preferred
