SkySail Technologies is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on support environment, enjoys variety in their day, and wants opportunities to expand their technical expertise while making a real impact for clients.
This is a primarily onsite hybrid role, with approximately 80% of your time spent supporting professional services clients throughout the Interior BC region and the remainder focused on remote support and proactive system maintenance.

What You’ll Do
- Provide onsite technical support to client environments across Interior BC
- Deliver responsive helpdesk and remote support services
- Perform proactive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent recurring issues
- Configure, deploy, and support workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and services
- Troubleshoot desktop, network, and connectivity issues
- Assist clients with technology best practices and day-to-day IT needs
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of IT support or MSP experience
- Strong Windows 11 desktop support knowledge
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
- Working knowledge of:, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD fundamentals
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours support
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
Bonus Skills
- Mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Basic PowerShell scripting
