Job description
  • 10 years of experience in solution and business architecture, with proven leadership in business transformation and modernization. - Experience in insurance or finance environments - Experience designing and implementing business and operating models in complex organizational environments. - Excellent understanding of various enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, WHS, HCM, MES) and Cloud Technologies with a particular focus on MS Azure. - Demonstrated expertise in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience contributing to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess strategic implications, impacts, and risks of business decisions. Certifications (Preferred or Advantageous) : - TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification, - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project / change management certifications, - Certified Business Architect (CBA) or Business Architecture Guild certification - Certification in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
