This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Paralegal looking to further develop their expertise within a collaborative and reputable firm committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for its clients. Responsibilities and Duties : - Handle personal injury, class action, and civil litigation files from opening to closing - Draft and review correspondence, pleadings, and notices - Schedule appointments, trials, case planning conferences, and other legal proceedings - Assign tasks to legal assistants and schedulers as necessary - Maintain file organization, bring forward system, and court diary Qualifications : - Strong working knowledge of court rules and procedures - Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document preparation - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Must be a licensed paralegal This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to make a meaningful impact.
