Job description
Take charge as the Department Head in a supermarket with an annual salary of $50,000. This permanent full-time role operates in a rural area and requires on-site presence.

We are looking for an experienced retail leader with at least 1 year in management. Your role will encompass hiring and training new personnel, organizing inventory, and addressing customer concerns promptly. You will be responsible for creating efficient work schedules and ensure sales targets are met through effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities: • Hire and arrange training for retail staff • Manage inventory and order necessary merchandise • Establish and oversee staff work schedules • Address and resolve customer requests and complaints • Supervise team performance and activities

Requirements: • High school graduation certificate required • Experience of 1 to 2 years in retail • Ability to work on-site at a rural location • Willingness to relocate if needed • No remote work options available
