Job description
We are hiring for a senior-level Executive Assistant for a fast-paced 3-month remote contract supporting two executive leaders within a large and complex organization. This role requires a highly experienced EA who is strategic, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This opportunity is fully remote; however, candidates must be located in Alberta and there may be some in person requirements on occasion. The contract is expected to start May 19, 2026. Responsibilities - Provide executive support to two senior leaders, including complex calendar management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones - Manage high-volume email inboxes, prioritize communications, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-up - Coordinate meetings, approvals, executive materials, and confidential documentation - Support ongoing projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives - Create and maintain templates, tracking documents, and reporting tools - Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts - Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and discretion Qualifications - 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, complex environments - Exceptional calendar and inbox management experience is required - Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines - Strong judgment, professionalism, and communication skills - Experience supporting executive leadership in large organizations is strongly preferred - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools - Must be located in Alberta and available to start May 19, 2026 This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant who enjoys high-level support work, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can quickly step in and add value.
