Responsibilities: • Execute corrective maintenance (CM) and deferred work orders to clear backlog. • Support recovery of maintenance compliance (overdue PM/CM tasks). • Troubleshoot and repair critical systems: CIP/SIP systems, autoclaves, incubators, HVAC, and compressed air systems. • Identify and resolve equipment reliability issues. • Implement corrective actions from reliability assessments. • Document work in CMMS (e.g., SAP/iShift). Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering. • 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a GMP environment. • Experience with PMs, corrective maintenance, and utility systems (HVAC, compressed air, autoclaves). • Basic troubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical/pneumatic). • Proficiency in SAP and Excel. • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
