Accounting Clerk
Robert Half is proactively building a pipeline of talented Accounting Clerks for upcoming opportunities with our clients across various industries. We are seeking detail-oriented and organized professionals who are looking to grow their accounting and administrative experience within dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment processing
Support month-end and year-end procedures
Maintain filing systems and accounting documentation
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with payroll and other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Account reconciliations
