Job description
Our client, a company in the industrial sector, is seeking a candidate for a temporary (replacement) position as an administrative assistant at their office in Châteauguay. This is primarily an administrative role with some accounting duties. Salary: $25/hour (negotiable) Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift (some flexibility) Work location: Châteauguay Start date: as soon as possible Responsibilities: Various administrative tasks (filing, emails, follow-ups) Drafting and updating documents Basic customer service support Preparing month-end reports Bank reconciliation and invoicing Any other related tasks Experience in a similar role Knowledge of SAP and QuickBooks/Intuit software Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently Proficiency with MS Office applications
