The Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect is responsible for defining the end-to end solution architecture across Dynamics CRM capabilities including Field Service, Case Management, Customer Engagement, and Power Pages , ensuring alignment between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation. This role provides architectural leadership across functional, technical, integration, and data domains to enable scalable, secure, and supportable solutions
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics )
- B.A./ B.SC/ in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
- 7-10 years of consulting or relevant work experience
- Dynamics CE: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics for Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Strong proficiency with the core components, including Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Dataverse: In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, entity relationships, and security models.
- Azure: Experience with relevant Azure services for integrations, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.

Ensures full coverage and traceability across scope.
Project Plan / Sprint Planning:
- High-level project plan and assist PM and Engagement director in Sprint planning.
- Ensuring each sprint represent a complete capability and dependencies are carefully considered
Solution Blueprint / Fit-Gap Analysis
- Current vs. future-state processes
- Gaps between business needs and platform capabilities
- Recommended approach (configuration vs. extension)
Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Review FDDs
- Check Detailed design for:
- Business processes
- Workflows
- Configurations
- Extensions
- Serves as blueprint for build teams.
Architecture Governance Artifacts (e.g., Design Reviews, RAID Alignment)
- Architecture decision logs
- Design review outputs
- Alignment with RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, decisions)
- Ensures architectural integrity across the lifecycle.
