Job description
Become part of EcoOnline as a SaaS Implementation Consultant, focusing on delivering state-of-the-art EHS software solutions to enhance client outcomes. With your knowledge, you will help organizations digitize their EHSQ processes and achieve operational excellence.

In this role, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of implementation projects, engaging with clients to gather requirements and configure solutions. Your ability to facilitate workshops will enhance collaboration and ensure that client objectives are met. Additionally, you'll serve as the main point of contact during the transition phase.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver projects while managing scope and timelines • Elicit and clarify client requirements for solutions • Maintain high-quality standards in system configurations • Facilitate workshops to foster collaboration • Manage relationships to ensure smooth transitions to BAU

Requirements: • Experience supporting implementation processes for clients • In-depth knowledge of software lifecycles and agile delivery • Skilled in documenting requirements and functional specs • Strong negotiation and facilitation skills • Proactive and well-organized with multitasking abilities
