Bilingual Program Account Executive (Commercial Lines)
Location: Remote or Hybrid (East of Toronto)

We are seeking a Program Account Executive with strong technical expertise and a consultative approach to client management. This role offers a mix of client interaction, technical advisory, and business development within specialized commercial lines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Management & Advisory
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial clients
- Conduct regular client reviews, providing strategic guidance and tailored insurance solutions
- Build long-term relationships through high-touch service and industry expertise
- Travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Technical Expertise
- Provide advanced guidance across complex commercial coverages
- Work with specialized products such as Professional Liability (E&O), Cyber,
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals and professional networks
- Present customized insurance solutions to prospective clients
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Presentations & Communication
- Develop and deliver high-quality client presentations and proposals
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including executive and board-level audiences
- Lead webinars and educational sessions on industry topics and insurance solutions
Project & Account Management
- Manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Oversee renewals, reporting, and ongoing account performance
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/French) both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial lines experience, ideally with exposure to specialty lines
- RIBO license in good standing
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and structures
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory-level service
- Confident presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong time and project management skills
- Willingness to travel as required

Salary Range $75, 000 to $90, 000.
