Job Duties:
Review, verify, and process incoming invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers
for managed properties.
Ensure invoices match purchase orders, contracts, and approved work orders before processing
payments.
Enter invoice data accurately into the company’s accounting or property management software.
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment documentation for audit and
reporting purposes.
Communicate with vendors and contractors to resolve discrepancies, missing information, or
billing issues.
Assist the accounting department with preparing invoices for payment and tracking due dates.
Coordinate with property managers to confirm approval of maintenance and service-related
invoices.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely
processing.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing invoice reports and
documentation
Maintain confidentiality of financial and tenant-related information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Ontario financial regulations.
