  • Sending digital cases to outsourced milling centers.
  • Finishing cases as needed, including custom staining and glazing.
  • Taking custom shades and assisting with esthetic case planning.
  • Being available for chairside appointments with dentists and patients.
  • Supporting treatment planning with both patients and doctors.
  • Managing case deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Communicating clearly with dentists, clinical staff, and outside milling partners.
  • Maintaining organization, quality control, and lab workflow.
  • Working as a team player within the dental office environment.

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have strong Crown & Bridge experience and be comfortable working independently in a small in-house lab setting. This person should be organized, reliable, clinically minded, and able to interact professionally with both dentists and patients.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Dental Lab Technician, preferably with strong Crown & Bridge experience.
  • Ability to scan and design CAD/CAM Crown & Bridge cases.
  • Experience with digital dental design software such as Exocad, 3Shape, or similar preferred.
  • Ability to custom stain and glaze restorations.
  • Strong shade-taking skills.
  • Comfortable working chairside with dentists and patients.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience in an in-house dental lab or close collaboration with a dental clinic is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 CAD, depending on experience.
  • Benefits available.
