Job Title: PM Shift Production Assembler
Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing medical devices. You will collaborate with fellow team members on the production line, ensuring timely completion of production orders while adhering to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team to complete production orders at one of the 12 stations.
• Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment to prevent bottlenecks in the production line.
• Occasionally work alone and manage tasks efficiently.
• Work in a cleanroom environment on a rotating schedule, standing throughout the shift, labeling products, sealing packaging pouches, and performing other tasks.

Essential Skills

• Valid visa for 2 years from the date of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production line.
• Comfortable working a 1-year contract.
• Proficiency with small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.
• Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.
• Capable of standing for the entire shift and lifting up to 30 lbs (non-repetitively).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Soldering experience is a plus.
• PCB assembly experience in a regulated work environment.
• Ability to read instructions for soldering and match numbers to wires.

The production floor consists of about 60 people, operating Monday to Friday during the PM shift from 3:30PM to 12:00AM.

The pay range for this position is $21.71 - $21.71/hr.
