Job description
Elevate your career with Adecco as an Accounting Manager in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This full-time role emphasizes leading full-cycle accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 5-9 years of accounting experience, showcasing skills in reconciliations and month-end closings. You will support financial variance analysis and implement enhancements in accounting processes. Take the lead in preparing financial statements and assist in audit preparations to uphold strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle accounting implementation and oversight • Manage the month-end closing process with accuracy • Prepare detailed financial statements and schedules • Investigate discrepancies and perform reconciliations • Support system enhancements using ERP/BI tools

Requirements: • Eligible to reside and work in Canada • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance • CPA designation or nearing completion • 5-9 years in full-cycle accounting roles • Strong Excel capabilities for financial analysis
