Job description
Take charge of customer engagement and sales success at Little Burgundy in Vaughan as an Assistant Store Manager. Lead your team, exceed sales goals, and train future stars.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager and Manager In Training to shape an effective sales team. Your responsibilities include recruiting top talent, enhancing the store's customer service approach, and managing daily operations. With a focus on maintaining high standards and compliance with policies, you'll ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive team performance to exceed sales targets • Recruit and hire skilled employees for the store • Train, coach, and develop sales associates • Oversee daily store operations and policies • Handle customer issues for satisfactory resolutions

Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting • Bilingualism preferred in Quebec • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods • 18 years or older for employment eligibility
