Job description
Join Interac as the Head of Technology Strategy & Business Management, a crucial role leading strategy and governance while working in a flexible hybrid model.

This senior role reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for managing T&O operations effectively and transparently. You will guide the development of T&O strategies, manage compliance initiatives, and provide executive-level insights for decision-making. Building partnerships across the enterprise is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute T&O strategy and annual business plans • Lead governance frameworks aligned with compliance standards • Drive end-to-end coordination of strategic activities • Foster partnerships with business owners and stakeholders • Manage reporting and metrics for quarterly reviews

Requirements: • 15+ years in technology or management consulting roles • Strong knowledge of risk and compliance in tech environments • Excellent business acumen and presentation skills • Experience leading team initiatives and operations • Self-motivated with strong accountability
