About the role:

Join Definity’s Talent Acquisition team as a Campus Recruitment Co-op/Intern and help shape our early talent programs! In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment while also playing a key part in delivering engaging campus initiatives, events, and student experiences.

  • Create and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system

  • Initiate background check requests and track progress

Campus Programs & Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment programs and initiatives
  • Assist with co-op onboarding, engagement activities, and student experience programs
  • Contribute to organizing volunteer days, social events, and team engagement activities
  • Help coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and campus activations
  • Partner with the team to deliver high-volume recruitment events

Recruitment Marketing & Projects

  • Support employer branding efforts by creating and posting content for social media and campus channels
  • Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment marketing materials
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects that enhance campus engagement and program effectiveness

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team

What you bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Interest in recruitment, campus programs, or employer branding
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools (e.g., ATS platforms, MS Office)
