Tu débuteras les premières semaines de ton embauche dans un poste de manœuvre afin de te familiariser avec les différents départements. Par la suite, tu évolueras rapidement vers des fonctions avec davantage de responsabilités, tellesqu'opérateur au traitement du lait, fromager, opérateur de la fabrique, responsable au emballages, etc.
