About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the next generation of Workday’s Agent Platform. Your charter will span the core capabilities that make agents successful at scale – including how they are designed, configured, orchestrated, governed, and adopted across a range of Workday products and customer use cases. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal product teams to define the platform primitives and experiences that make it easy to build, deploy, and manage powerful, trustworthy agents.

Responsibilities:
Build and ship state-of-the-art AI infrastructure that enables trusted agent deployment
Identify highest impact, highest ROI opportunities for AI at Workday, advocate for them within the org, and build or enable other teams to build these capabilities.
Interface with customers to validate our solutions, execute discovery work and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems
Be the product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally
Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in evolving our customers' workdays.
Manage customer validation programs across multiple AI initiatives to ensure customer value, referenceability, critical lessons, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with development teams in flight to validate value for customers, drive adoption, and enable the field, CX, implementers on our Agent Platform
Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly and in an understandable way for them
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience
3+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
Technically proficient (even if not a coder) with AI and LLM-powered technology
Other Qualifications:
Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocate
Mastery in leading Cross-Team Collaboration, effectively working and influencing cross-functionally to define and deliver complex product strategies and initiatives.
Proven ability to be a visionary Customer Advocate, deeply understanding and anticipating customer needs in product strategy and decisions, and driving a customer-obsessed culture throughout the organization
Deep mastery of Customer Empathy, proactively identifying fundamental customer pain points and translating them into transformative product strategies and innovative user experiences
Exceptional Strategic Thinking skills, shaping the long-term vision and direction of a product portfolio or business unit
Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives and peers alike, and mediate across various partners
Good communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal

You are passionately following the latest in AI products and emerging technologies and trying them out, exploring possibilities, and have experimented with many of the technologies on your own

You are organized and capable of tracking dozens of moving pieces and managing the many stakeholders that you work with at a company like Workday
You excel at learning and understanding customer pain points quickly based on public information, internal information, and customer conversations, and can get up to speed on complex customer pain points in a fraction of the time a typical PM would
